Team Orens reigns 1st runner-up anew in BU Olympics '25

Bicol University Polangui claimed a back-to-back 1st runner-up title in the recently concluded BU Olympics 2025 that was held last Thursday to Saturday, October 23-25, beating various colleges and institutions of the university.

The annual sports event was held mainly in BU Main Campus and various parts of Legazpi and Daraga, gathering hundreds of BU athletes to showcase their skills, strength, talent, and sportsmanship in various athletics events.

Throughout the 5-day series event, BU Polangui, also known as Team Orens, dominated multiple categories, earning them the first place with an accumulated score of 529 points, placing just behind the reigning champion, the Institute of Physical Education, Sports, and Recreation..

This back-to-back victory is a testament of all the hard work, dedication and spirit of sportsmanship of all BU Polangui's student-athletes, coaches, and staff.

With another achievement under its name, BU Polangui continues to strive excellence and conquer new victories.
